If you'd like to delete your Viala account and all associated data, you can do so directly in the app or by sending us an email.

Delete in the app
Open Viala and follow this path. Your account is deleted right away; see the privacy policy for what happens to your trips.

Good to know
- We process deletion requests within 7 days. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Please send your request from the email address you used to create your account. This is how we verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address you used to sign up. This helps us verify your identity.
